Register and Sign In to Your ERP.net ID Account

Create your ERP.net ID account through Operator.net, confirm your email address, and start using your account with supported ERP.net apps and services.

Overview

You can register or sign into your global ERP.net ID account through Operator.net or another ERP.net application or service that supports it.

Starting the sign-in flow on Operator.net redirects you to the ERP.net Identity Server, where you can create your ERP.net ID account or log in with an existing one.

After you complete the account registration form and confirm your email address, your ERP.net ID account automatically becomes active and ready to use across the ERP.net ecosystem.

This guide will help you:

  • create a new ERP.net ID account;
  • activate the account through email confirmation;
  • sign in to Operator.net with your ERP.net ID profile;
  • start using your ERP.net ID account with supported services.

Prepare Your Email Address

Before you start, choose the email address you want to use for your ERP.net ID profile.

Note

We recommend using your official individual email address within your organization or one that is intended for work and business purposes.

Your email address helps correctly identify your account across the ERP.net services you use and supports smoother access continuity.

Create Your ERP.net ID Account Through Operator.net

Note

This guide uses Operator.net as the entry point. You can also start and complete the ERP.net ID registration and sign-in process from other ERP.net applications or services that support ERP.net ID accounts. The process is identical.

1. Open the ERP.net ID Registration Page

  1. Open Operator.net.
  2. Select the Sign In button in the primary navigation, or select Start Operator from the center of the page.
  3. On the Welcome to Operator screen, select Sign in with your ERP.net ID.
  4. The system redirects you to the ERP.net Identity Server.
  5. On the sign-in form, select Create new account.

The ERP.net ID account creation form opens. The form contains two tabs:

  • Account
  • Profile

2. Complete the Account Tab

Open the Account tab and complete the required fields:

  1. Enter your Email.
  2. Enter your Full name.
  3. Enter your Password.
  4. Enter the same password again in Confirm password.

These fields are required. They create the foundation of your ERP.net ID account.

Tip

Enter your official work email address in the Email field.

3. Review the Profile Tab

Open the Profile tab and review the optional fields.

You can enter:

  • Phone number
  • Default language
  • Company
  • Registration message

All fields in the Profile tab are optional.

However, we strongly recommend filling them in. This can help administrators, support teams, and service owners identify your account context more clearly and easily in case access, communication, or support is ever needed.

4. Complete Your Account Registration

  1. After filling-in the account registration form, select the button Create Account.
  2. The system sends a confirmation email to the email address you entered.
  3. Go to your email inbox and open the confirmation email.
  4. Select the confirmation button or link in the message.

After you confirm your email address, your ERP.net ID account becomes active and ready to use.

Sign In and Start Using ERP.net ID

After activation, you can use your ERP.net ID account to sign in to Operator.net.

  1. Open Operator.net.
  2. Select Sign In or Start Operator.
  3. Select Sign in with your ERP.net ID.
  4. Enter your ERP.net ID credentials.
  5. Select the Sign In button.

After sign-in, Operator.net recognizes your ERP.net ID account. The available experience depends on the services, permissions, and ERP.net environments connected to your account.

You can use the same ERP.net ID account with other supported ERP.net applications and services available to you.

Summary and Additional Resources

ERP.net ID gives you one personal account for accessing supported ERP.net apps and services.

By creating and activating your global ERP.net ID account, you can sign in through Operator.net, use the same identity across the ERP.net ecosystem, and avoid managing separate accounts where ERP.net ID is supported.
